Full commercial building demolition
When a commercial building has reached the end of its life, or the lot is needed for a new development, we take the whole structure down. Utilities are disconnected and hazardous materials are dealt with first, then the building comes down in a controlled way that protects neighbouring properties, streets and services. Debris is loaded, hauled and disposed of properly, and the site is left clean and ready for the next step.
- Commercial buildings and stand-alone retail or office buildings
- Restaurants and other small commercial buildings
- Commercial outbuildings, storage buildings and additions
- Partial demolition, where one part of a building comes down and the rest stays
Commercial interior strip-outs
- Offices: partition walls, drop ceilings, flooring, millwork and fixtures
- Retail units: old store fit-outs, displays, counters and finishes between tenants
- Restaurants: interior finishes, counters, flooring and ceilings before a rebuild
- Selective work: removing only part of a space while the rest stays open or occupied
Built around your schedule
Commercial work rarely happens in an empty neighbourhood. We're available 24/7, so the noisy part can happen after hours or on weekends while neighbouring tenants and businesses keep operating. We secure and contain the work area, protect what's staying, and leave the site clean for the next trade.
How a commercial demolition works
- Site visit & quoteCall 306-514-9820 or send photos, plans and the address through the quote form. We confirm the scope, the schedule and when the site must be ready.
- Permits & utilitiesCommercial demolitions need a permit from your city or RM, and power, gas and water must be disconnected first. We'll tell you what your project needs. In Saskatoon, see our demolition permit guide.
- Hazardous materialsOlder commercial buildings often contain asbestos and other hazardous materials. When abatement is needed, it's done by our licensed abatement partner before demolition starts (see Asbestos & Abatement).
- Controlled demolitionWe secure the site and take the building or interior down in a controlled way, keeping dust and debris contained.
- Haul-away & handoverDebris is loaded, hauled and disposed of properly. The site is cleaned up and ready for your builder or the next tenant.
For owners, property managers and general contractors

Common questions
Do you demolish entire commercial buildings?
Yes. We handle full commercial building teardowns as well as interior strip-outs. Send us photos, the address and what you need the site ready for, and we'll give you a free quote.
Can you work after hours so nearby businesses stay open?
Yes. We're available 24/7, so demolition can happen in the evening, overnight or on weekends. Tell us the hours that matter and we'll plan around them.
Do you handle asbestos in commercial buildings?
We don't remove asbestos ourselves. When a building needs abatement, we coordinate it with our licensed abatement partner so it's done before demolition starts, and you still have one point of contact.
Can you provide proof of WCB coverage and insurance?
Yes. We're WCB covered and fully insured, and proof of coverage is available before we start.
